"After over 10 years I decided to leave Jacob’s office due to unprofessional new hires he has running the office. Rude, condescending, and snarky comments made while trying to get insurance on a new vehicle. There is just no reason to be so rude especially when you are providing a service that your customers are paying a hefty premium for. I wasn’t having a bad day, I wasn’t upset. I simply stated the premiums were higher than I expected and said I would likely need to shop the price. When I expressed that I was simply dissatisfied with the pricing, I was told twice — with a noticeably snarky attitude — ‘I hope you have a better day.’ I wasn’t having a bad day; I just wasn’t happy with the cost. This felt condescending and dismissive, like the professional equivalent of telling me to get over it instead of genuinely addressing my concern. I hope this is addressed so future customers feel heard rather than brushed off. When I addressed it with Jacob he backed his employees, as he’s done here trying to explain away their lack of professionalism."
